Anyone from anywhere can pull up this site and view these listings.
What do you expect from A Real Estate Agent? Be sure to interview several agents and inquire where your property is going to be marketed. What they are going to do to get your home sold? What can you do to make your home more appealing than all the other homes on the market? These questions should be answered to your satisfaction before settling with the first one that calls or drops by.

I AM A BUYERS AGENT
Some buyers do not know that agents work on a commission basis and do not get paid until a property is SOLD and CLOSED. This is why most agents ask if you are working with another agent when you call to inquire about a property.
To be represented "EXCLUSIVELY" by an agent in a client relationship requires a Buyer Agency Contract. As your agent I will be there to answer your questions, negotiate your contract and work out all the "quirks" before closing. I am here for you from the initial call to the last signature at the closing table and beyond if needed. There are many things that can happen in the home-buying process. Last minute problems arising from many different directions. This is why you have a buyers agent. I work for you to see that your experience in buying a home goes as smoothly as possible.

In effectively marketing property and possessing the capabilities to handle business over the internet, via e-mail and digital photos, I work directly with companies to perform BPO's, List, Manage and Market Foreclosure, REO & Distressed Properties. From time to time I have listings that are bank owned properties which have been renovated, repaired,& painted throughout, new carpeting and/or vinyl. Once these repairs are done, these homes are in like-new condition and ready for re-sale. I work closely with my team of Repairmen to ensure the best quality workmanship for all properties I manage.
